GLUCAMATE SSE-20

GLUCAMATE SSE-20 is a unique, naturally-derived, nonionic emulsifier that works well individually or together with other emulsifiers. GLUCAMATE SSE-20 is an ethoxylated methyl glucose ether which has been esterified with stearic acid. It is 100% active and is supplied as a soft solid. GLUCAMATE SSE-20 emulsifier is an oil-in-water emulsifier. It contributes significantly to emulsion viscosity lowering dependence on other viscosity enhancers. It also has mild surfactant activity and low eye irritation scores making it suitable for formulations applied around the sensitive eye area. With extremely low eye irritation scores, GLUCAMATE SSE-20 is perfect for products used near the eye.
